About
Our Riace Bronzes are a pair of reduced size statues after the famous Riace Warriors, two full-size Greek bronzes of naked bearded warriors, cast about 460–450 BC. They are two of the few surviving full-size ancient Greek bronzes and they come to demonstrate the great craftsmanship and exquisite artistic features achieved at this time. The two Riace Bronze Statues are simply known as “Statue A”, referring to the one portraying a younger warrior (original height of 198cm), and “Statue B”, indicating the more mature-looking of the two (original height of 197cm).
Bonded Marble
Our bonded marble sculpture is produced by combining white Carrara marble powder and resin as a binding material. This material is easily molded in order to achieve incredible details. The sculptures are finished by hand.
