The death of Nelson, a bas-relief.
A sculptured decorative marble bas-relief depicting the fatal wounding of Nelson.
This is one of the four bas-reliefs based at the foot of Nelson`s column in London.
The square pedestal at the bottom of Nelson`s Column is decorated with four bronze panels, cast from captured French guns, depicting Nelson's four great victories in 1842.
These panels were undertaken by the sculptors, Musgrave Watson, John Temouth, William F Woodington, and John Edward Carew.
Our sculpture is produced by a unique and proprietary dry casting process. They are made of white Carrara marble and over 90% of the finished sculpture is natural marble which gives it a look and feel of natural marble. They are finished by hand.
