Our products are not toys. Please keep away from children. All packaging materials used to protect the product during transit are not intended for use by children and must be disposed of safely. Packaging is not a toy and may pose choking or suffocation hazards if misused. By purchasing, the customer agrees to handle and discard packaging materials responsibly.
Installation, Reinstallation, Maintenance, and Disposal.
We are not liable for any costs associated with the installation, reinstallation, removal, maintenance, or disposal of any products purchased from us.
In the event of a product defect or replacement, our responsibility is strictly limited to the cost of the product itself.
This includes but is not limited to:

Removal of the product from its installed position (e.g., detaching light fixtures, unmounting sculptures).

Reinstallation of a replacement product.

Labor costs, contractor fees, or service provider charges.

Maintenance activities (such as cleaning, sealing, or seasonal treatments required for certain materials).

Ongoing costs such as water usage, electricity, or preservation efforts.

Costs related to the disposal of defective or replaced products.

Products such as lighting, sculptures, fountains, or other decor may require regular care and maintenance according to industry standards or specific environmental conditions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper upkeep as needed.

3. PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return/exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy. We try to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be accurate. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. ORDERS & BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities of any order placed. In the event we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e‑mail, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. Please promptly update any necessary details (e.g., email address, credit card numbers, expiration dates) so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.

Free Shipping Note: Although we may offer “free shipping,” we accurately track our shipping costs in our accounting records. Your receipt or invoice may display shipping charges incurred by us, which does not alter our commitment to covering shipping for your order. If the product is delivered damaged or incorrect under a free shipping promotion, we will cover all related costs.

6. DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Multiple discount codes or promotional offers cannot typically be combined on a single order, unless specifically stated. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase. Each discount is unique and cannot be merged with other offers.

7. GIFT CARDS POLICY

This Gift Card Policy applies to all Gift Cards issued by The Ancient Home and is incorporated into our Return & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

7.1 Use of Gift Cards

The Ancient Home Gift Cards may be redeemed only on our official website and cannot be used in physical stores or on third-party platforms.

A valid billing address is required at the time of purchase. Invoices are issued according to the provided billing information.

Due to tax and regulatory requirements, Gift Cards are generally intended for domestic use, meaning the billing address country and the delivery address country must match.
If you wish to use a Gift Card for an international or cross-border purchase, please contact our customer service before placing your order, as exceptions may apply depending on the destination country and applicable tax rules.

7.2 Purchases Above the Gift Card Value

If the purchase price exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using an additional accepted payment method at checkout.

7.3 Promotional Use

Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with promotional offers unless explicitly excluded in the applicable promotion’s terms and conditions.

7.4 No Cash Redemption

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for cash, and have no cash value, except where required by applicable law.

7.5 Returns and Refunds

If a product purchased wholly or partially with a Gift Card is returned and accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy:

The portion paid with a Gift Card will be refunded as a Gift Card.
Any remaining portion paid by another payment method will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7.6 Lost, Stolen, or Fraudulent Gift Cards

Gift Cards should be treated as cash.

To help protect our customers, we may implement verification procedures where the delivery details of a Gift Card differ from the delivery details of a purchase.

If a Gift Card is lost, stolen, or suspected of being used fraudulently, we reserve the right to:

Suspend, cancel, or invalidate the Gift Card
Refuse redemption
Require an alternative payment method
Contact the original purchaser
Take further action as reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or misuse

Such actions will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and consumer protection regulations.

7.7 Expiration

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is required by applicable law.

Where local laws prohibit expiration or require extended validity (including but not limited to certain jurisdictions in the United States, Canada, Australia, or the European Union), Gift Cards will remain valid for the legally mandated period.

7.8 Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This Gift Card Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

8. USER COMMENTS & FEEDBACK

If, at our request, you submit creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials (collectively “comments”), you agree we may use or edit such comments without restriction. We have no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond. You must not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) or post unlawful, offensive, or obscene material. We are not responsible for user comments posted by third parties on our Site.
