The Discobolus of Myron is a Greek sculpture completed at the start of the Classical period, figuring a youthful athlete throwing discus. The moment captured in the statue is an example of harmony and balance, depicting the instant just before releasing the discus.
Our bonded marble sculpture is produced by combining white Carrara marble powder and resin as a binding material. This material is easily molded in order to achieve incredible details. The sculptures are finished by hand.
