Felix Martin Miller`s original marble bust was inspired by Tennyson`s, ` Idylls of a king`.
Miller was brought up in the London orphan school and, on the recommendation of Weeks, joined the Royal Academy in 1842.
Millers work was exhibited at the Royal Academy and at other exhibitions from the early 1840`s until 1880.
He specialised in sculpting characters from Shakespeare and Milton.
Marble Sculpture
Our sculpture is produced by a unique and proprietary dry casting process. They are made of white Carrara marble and over 90% of the finished sculpture is natural marble which gives it a look and feel of natural marble. They are finished by hand.
