Our Venus with Shell Torso Life-size Statue (Large) is an authentic reproduction masterpiece. The original sculpture of white marble was made around 135 A.D. and now belongs to the Prado Museum (Madrid). It was found among the Roman ruins of Sagunto and was restored during the Renaissance by B. Rovira, who sculpted a shell on the pubis and the inscription "Praxiteles's work" on the side.
