Verdure au Chateau Tapestry (Large)
This Flemish wall tapestry inspired by a set of tapestries called the "Royale Residences" has been made at the Goblins for King Louis XVl, towards the end of the XVllth century. It represents a castle surrounded by green foliage and is woven in wool, silk or both, it is lined with a plain beige cotton fabric and has an integral sleeve for hanging.
